RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@tailormake.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase. Mail you package to:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card or bank statement. It will all depend on your bank or credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note: A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns totaling more than $100.00. Items that have been purchased at a discounted rate may not be returned or exchanged.
